What You'll Do

As the Area General Manager, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage the onsite team at our flagship Collegeville location, including 2 salaried managers (Executive Chef and Operations Manager) and 10 hourly employees.
  • Drive Excellence: Oversee operations at three additional locations (King of Prussia, Marietta, and virtual support for Rockville, MD).
  • Own the Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for our client, ensuring exceptional service and partnership.
  • Manage Performance: Take charge of budgets, financials, and operational goals to deliver outstanding results.
  • Innovate Services: Oversee a diverse mix of offerings—café, catering, coffee bar, pantry services, and micro-markets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
