Area General Manager – Hospitality Services

New York City | Technology Sector Client | High‑Touch Employee Experience

You are a strategic, innovative facilities leader ready to help clients optimize their business.

The Good Eating Company is seeking a Hospitality‑Focused Area General Manager to support a portfolio of Technology sector client sites across the city. This role is central to shaping a seamless, elevated workplace experience — where hospitality, operational excellence, and thoughtful service come together to create environments that feel warm, intuitive, and energizing.

As the face of the Good Eating Company for our client, you will champion a culture of care, connection, and service precision across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

  • Primary liaison and relationship owner for the client, building trust through proactive communication and partnership.

  • Key point of contact for client employees, ensuring their daily workplace experience feels supported and effortless.

  • Oversight of a multi‑site NYC portfolio, maintaining consistency, quality, and operational excellence across all locations.

  • Collaboration with internal Good Eating Company to deliver a unified, seamless service model.
