About the job

Join a role focused on managing moderately complex legal matters while providing trusted counsel across the organization. This position supports business operations by advising on legal risk, compliance, and liability exposure, while helping guide decisions that protect organizational interests.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $127585 per year - $165110 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you’ll bring 

• Experience managing moderately complex legal matters within an in-house or comparable environment.
• Proven background providing practical, business-focused legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Experience assessing liability, risk exposure, and potential financial impact.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and legal risk management practices.
• Experience coordinating or supervising outside legal counsel.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or LL.M. (Master of Laws)
• Related Experience: 3 years
