The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range: $56270 per year - $72820 per year

What you’ll bring
- Experience managing audiovisual operations, including video, audio, and live broadcast systems in a fast-paced environment
- Background in leading technical teams, with the ability to coach, support, and drive high performance
- Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting complex AV systems to ensure flawless execution of events
- Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, ensuring every detail is accounted for from setup to wrap-up
Requirements
- Education Requirement: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Management Experience: 0-3 years
- Related Experience: 0-3 years
