Sodexo is seeking a full time Registered Dietitian to come work 50% remote and 50% on site as Clinical Nutrition Manager III with their dynamic clinical team at HCA Gulf Coast Division. This position will oversee 2 full time remote dietitians and 2 PRN remote dietitians. The CNM III will support and guide the on-site Clinical Nutrition Managers for the HCA Gulf Coast Division which includes Houston, the surrounding suburbs of Houston, Corpus Christi, McAllen and Brownsville, TX.

Position will report to the Client Executive and the ideal candidate will:
- Be required 50% travel to hospital sites with majority of the travel in Houston and the surrounding area; there will be some limited travel to South Texas and all travel expenses will be paid
- Be a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Minimum 1 year managerial experience and experience in client/customer presentations preferred.
- Experience in critical care preferred.
- Work on various patient population floors with various disease states. Conduct assessments, perform nutrition-focused physical exams, provide nutrition support recommendations and diet education as needed.
- Guide and support the hospitals through the clinical portion of any regulatory surveys.
- Have experience utilizing the nutrition care process and documenting in the electronic medical record
- Have a strong focus on driving outstanding patient satisfaction results and driving process improvement activities.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have the ability to work closely in a multidisciplinary team setting and participate in unit rounding.
- Be able to be flexible, a team player, and possess good time management skills.
- Remote work will include project management and some remote patient care as time allows.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Minimum Management Experience: 6 years experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timeframes within the overall policy framework
Minimum Functional Experience: 5 years as experienced specialized practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to specialists.
