Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with 10 years of experience? Sodexo is proud to partner with Keiser University's Flagship Campus in beautiful West Palm Beach, FL. in the Ground Up Build for two 5-story student housing buildings. We need an experienced Construction Project Manager 2-Project Manager to LEAD the construction of TWO 5 story buildings, one residential and one academic with laboratories Our professionally polished leader will partner with and oversee our Construction Manager. 10-years of experience managing new construction projects up to $30M in value preferred.

What You'll Do
LEAD the construction of TWO 5 story buildings, one residential and one academic with laboratories
- Manage all costing estimation, contract negotiation and vendor activities, and software (Procore preferred)
- Organize and direct construction personnel-vendors and ensure that materials and equipment resources are delivered
- Oversee project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes and installation techniques
- Execute all activities with planning commissions and governing bodies for permits
- Manage Budgeting, Estimating and Scheduling TWO $30M Construction Projects

What You Bring
- Experience developing scope of work and communicating complex projects to our client partners
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Design or Engineering is preferred
- Experience Budgeting up to $30m projects
- Strong design experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
