Location: We are seeking skilled Cooks for the Main Kitchen at Hard Rock Stadium, located in Miami Gardens, FL. This global entertainment destination is home to the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami football team, Orange Bowl, Super Bowl LIV, the 100th anniversary of the NFL, International soccer, and a host of other world-class events, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup. It was designed to embrace all that South Florida has to offer while providing unparalleled live experiences.

Job Overview:

As a Cook in the Main Kitchen at Hard Rock Stadium, you will be pivotal in preparing and cooking a diverse range of delectable menu items according to Sodexo Live standards. Your culinary expertise will extend across hot food preparation, cold food preparation, and action station cooking. In addition, you'll be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all food handling, preparation, and cooking adheres strictly to health code regulations.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a culinary school program
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Principal Functions:

  • Prepare and cook all menu items according to Sodexo Live standards. Cooking areas include hot food prep, cold food prep, and action station cooking.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle, prepare, and cook food in accordance with health code regulations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Use hands to handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, and taste or smell.
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Frequently exposed to soapy water and/or cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
  • Must be able to operate in an environment with moderate to high noise levels.
  • Always required to wear slip-resistant shoes.
  • Hours may be extended or irregular, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
