Sodexo is seeking a Part Time Registered Dietitian (24 hours/week) to join our clinical team at Bethany Village a 120-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility located in Horseheads, New York ~ 5 miles outside of Elmira.

Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal
Money toward continuing education events
Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually
What You'll Do
- provide compassionate care to skilled nursing residents;
- consistently meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;
- serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, working closely with nursing & medical staff and attending care conferences as assigned;
- assist as the food service and clinical liaison by obtaining meal preferences, performing monthly test trays and meal ticket

What You Bring
- Certified Dietary Manage (CDM) and/or Diet Technician Registered credentials;
- strong verbal and written communication skills;
- the ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff; and

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate’s degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice in a Dietetic Technician Program as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), Bachelor’s degree with completion of required coursework in a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) as dictated by ACEND, or required coursework and supervised practice in a Certified Dietary Manager Program as dictated by the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM)
Credentials Requirement:
- Meets eligibility requirements for Nutrition & Dietetics Technician, Registered (DTR/NDTR) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) by the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM)
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
