Dietitian Nutritionist I - Healthcare
Job Description
Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide part-time inpatient nutrition care at Winchester Hospital, Winchester, MA.
This is a great opportunity for a Registered Dietitian seeking some additional hours, or supplemental income. The hours for this role will work approximately 24 hrs. per week, to include working one or two weekends per month and rotating holidays, providing hospital-wide coverage, or as per department needs.

Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the successful candidate will:
- provide exceptional nutrition care to patients in med/surg and/or critical care units;
- be well versed in the Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification;
- work two weekends per month and rotating holidays providing hospital-wide coverage, or as per department needs;
- complete quality improvement/PI and special projects as assigned;
- mentor and train staff and dietetic interns;
- assist with food service management as needed; and
- efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient services responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) (Note: For those seeking registration after 2023, this must be a master’s degree)
Credentials Requirement:
- Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
