Sodexo is seeking Directors, Client Engagement/Resales
These are remote roles with travel and will be based in Boston, Chicago and Dallas
The successful candidate will:
- Analyze upcoming business opportunities; develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients; build both internal and external networks.
- Examine client needs to maximize business and/or solutions for business concerns; perform cost-benefits and needs analysis.
- Lead the process for retention presentations, proposals, and assist in the development of contractual documents.
- Develop and implement the business plan, budget, and forecasts to achieve retention, market share, hit rates and market growth targets to attain overall financial goals, and fulfills all Client Relationship Management (CRM) reporting and data quality requirements.
- Research growth strategies and competitor practices and strategies to evaluate and implement new strategies.
- Generate new revenue growth from the right clients under the right terms for Sodexo, and/or supporting retention or managing a portfolio of accounts.
- As a retention specialist secure continued business with existing accounts.
- As an account management professional, maintain and maximize client relationships.
- Develop business solutions to improve client operations and reduce operating costs based on knowledge of organizational strengths and weaknesses, technological advances, external trends, competitors and customer needs.

Ability to manage multi-year portfolio of business, identifying winning retention strategies for clients and getting operations, finance, senior leadership to coalesce around winning strategies.
Ability to influence subject matter experts and operations without formal authority with ability to manage through conflict resolution.
Ability to pre-sell the winning proposal and build said proposal and WOW presentation that accelerates win rate for book of business.
Ability to travel as needed to maintain internal and external web of influence, with experience dealing with senior level leaders and c-suite individuals.
Ability to interface with students and gaining their feedback and credibility.
Ability to work with Proposal Development Center (PDC) to build winning proposals and presentations for each process.

Position Summary

20% - Need to be able to influence SMEs and operations without formal authority with ability to manage through conflict resolution.
20% - Ability to pre-sell the winning proposal and build said proposal and WOW presentation that accelerates win rate for book of business.
20% - Travel as needed to maintain internal and external WOI, with experience dealing with senior level leaders and c-suite individuals. Interfacing with students and gaining their feedback and credibility.
10% - CRM management. Person will be responsible for working with PDC to build winning proposals and presentations for each process.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement: BA in Business Management or equivalent experience
Basic Functional Experience: 7 Years
