You’ll oversee key functions that support high-impact client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational compliance, and alignment with broader business goals.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.


Pay Range: $134640  - $174240 


Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary


What’s in it for you

As a member of the team, you will provide analytical support and develop comprehensive five-year medical technology replacement plans for HTM clients, helping healthcare organizations make informed capital investment decisions. You will maintain, refine, and analyze clinical asset data to deliver accurate capital planning recommendations and equipment replacement strategies. Partnering closely with acute care hospitals, you will assess equipment lifecycles, evaluate emerging technologies, and support capital allocation decisions through the analysis of utilization, performance, and patient-flow data. In addition, you will contribute to industry research and technology forecasting efforts, lead project plans and timelines, and develop educational programs that enable HTM account managers to effectively maintain and sustain capital plans. You will also support ongoing enhancements to the Minuteman IT platform while cultivating strong relationships with medical equipment manufacturers to stay informed on new product developments, technological advancements, and market trends.

What you’ll bring 

You bring broad technical expertise across a wide range of patient-care equipment modalities, computer systems, and core Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) technologies, coupled with the ability to lead complex operational initiatives. You have demonstrated success in planning, organizing, and implementing policies, procedures, strategic HTM programs, and capital equipment planning initiatives that align technology investments with organizational goals and long-term healthcare delivery needs. Your strong analytical and communication skills enable you to evaluate complex technical challenges, develop effective solutions, and clearly convey recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition, you possess an executive-level presence with experience leading HTM teams, managing capital planning and equipment lifecycle strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service and relationship management skills that inspire confidence among frontline staff, leadership, and C-suite executives alike.
