We are seeking an experienced Director of Concessions for the Las Vegas Convention Center located in Las Vegas, NV! Offered salary range: $100,000 - $115,000

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $61710 per year - $79860 per year

What you’ll bring 

  • Hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, with large-scale venue or stadium exposure a strong plus.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and motivate diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a talent for handling challenges quickly and professionally.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and health regulations to ensure compliance and top-quality service delivery.
  • Flexibility to thrive in an event-driven schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Requirements

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Management Experience: 3-5 years 

Related Experience: 3-5 years
