What You'll Do
Lead Culinary Implementation — Deploy Sodexo’s culinary programs and standards across a multi‑unit portfolio, ensuring flawless execution for a high‑profile, white‑label client.
Elevate Culinary Identity — Shape menu innovation, presentation, and consistency to reflect the client’s brand and deliver a refined, modern dining experience.
Develop Culinary Talent — Coach, mentor, and elevate chefs and culinary teams, building strong pipelines and strengthening district‑wide capability.
Strengthen Client Partnerships — Serve as a trusted culinary advisor, aligning programs and communication with the expectations of a high‑visibility client.
Drive Operational Excellence — Lead food cost management, safety compliance, quality assurance, and operational consistency across all sites.
Implement Trend‑Forward Programs — Introduce innovative, sustainable, and guest‑centric culinary initiatives that elevate workplace dining and support long‑term strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
