Role Overview
The Director of Culinary Offer Implementation will serve as the regional culinary leader supporting multiple Corporate Services accounts across Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas City, and the Chicago area. This role ensures consistent execution of Sodexo’s culinary standards, white‑label service expectations, and client‑aligned food programs across a diverse multi‑state portfolio. The Director partners closely with unit leaders, chefs, and clients to elevate food quality, strengthen operational performance, and drive a cohesive culinary identity across all sites.
Key responsibilities include leading culinary rollouts, coaching and developing culinary teams, supporting innovation, and ensuring operational excellence across the region. This position requires strong client‑facing communication, multi‑unit leadership experience, and the ability to influence and support teams across a wide geographic footprint.
What You'll Do
Lead Regional Culinary Execution — Ensure consistent delivery of Sodexo’s culinary standards, menu programs, and white‑label expectations across Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas City, and Chicago.
Strengthen Multi‑Unit Operations — Partner with unit leaders and chefs to elevate food quality, operational performance, and guest experience across diverse Corporate Services accounts.
Develop Culinary Talent — Coach, mentor, and build capability within culinary teams, driving skill development and succession planning.
Implement New Programs — Lead the rollout of new culinary initiatives, menu innovations, and enterprise programs, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment.
Ensure Operational Excellence — Oversee food safety, QA, cost controls, and compliance to maintain high standards across all supported sites.
Enhance Client Partnerships — Serve as a trusted culinary advisor, supporting business reviews, client engagement, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
