Director, Culinary Services
Job Description
Entegra is seeking a Director of Culinary Services the hotel segment. The primary function of the Culinary Director is to provide solutions to drive client and consumer satisfaction through service sales and achieve profitable goals. This position will lead and participate in our operator clients and corporate culinary projects to drive innovation and provide culinary leadership and training, ensuring that the Entegra Culinary Consulting department executes and delivers excellence in all aspects of culinary standards and consulting processes.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the segment SME for creative culinary food solutions that will exceed consumer and client expectations.
- Craft culinary development plans of innovative food solutions that will impact client site with consumer engagement.
- Has experience with local/sustainable food sourcing in crafting solutions based on client needs.
- Establish culinary goals by proactively monitoring and understanding culinary trends and effectively translate those trends into viable product concepts and sales solutions.
- Partner with client culinary teams on ideation and development of new culinary concepts and menu development.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years of experience in operations, marketing, or a related field.
