What You'll Do
- Lead the full catering and events program including strategy, planning, execution, and post‑event evaluation
- Serve as the primary client liaison for all catering and event needs, ensuring alignment, trust, and proactive communication
- Design and execute elevated event experiences that reflect the client’s culture, brand, and workplace expectations
- Partner cross‑functionally with culinary leadership to deliver chef‑driven menus and premium hospitality moments
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team across planning, production, service, and event operations
- Oversee operational and financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, labor planning, and vendor management
- Drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and a commitment to innovation and excellence

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
