Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Custodial Operations overseeing the K-12 school district at Ennis Independent School District in Ennis, TX! Our Hands-On Leader will develop, lead, and inspire our team to continually improve Sodexo's performance for our clients and customers. This role will develop customer service strategies that go above and beyond the average, to prove to client-partners that we are invested in the success of our students, faculty and staff.

As the Director of Custodial Operations on campus, your background as a custodial leader will help you develop partnerships with our clients by providing results. Your leadership will drive decisions based on data and changing needs, and by building and maintaining strong client relationships to promote the Clients for Life philosophy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years successful experience in Custodial Management, preferably in a K-12 or higher education setting;
• Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills;
• Strong knowledge of custodial equipment operation and floor care maintenance;
• Demonstrates strong leadership in client and community relations;
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing multiple priorities;
• Demonstrated business and financial acumen with an solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting and controls;
• Strong Leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building;
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or related a plus; and/or
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
