What You'll Do
- Provide leadership, planning, and operational direction across student dining programs
- Drive financial performance, ensuring budget adherence and growth goals are met
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly teams to support engagement and operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth
- Oversee compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards
- Partner with the SVP and client leadership on initiatives, strategic planning, and continuous improvement

What You Bring
Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi‑unit foodservice operations within K‑12 child nutrition programs in alignment with USDA regulations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Experience building client relationships in contract or service‑focused environments
- Willingness to travel within the region

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 7 years
