Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee a portfolio of foodservice accounts supporting a high‑profile technology client. This is a high‑visibility leadership role for an executive who excels at building strong teams, elevating hospitality experiences, and driving operational and financial excellence across multiple locations.
The ideal leader brings a balance of strategic vision and hands‑on partnership — someone who can inspire high‑performing teams, cultivate trusted client relationships, and deliver innovative, profitable, and high‑quality food programs. What You'll Do
Lead multi‑site foodservice and catering operations with a focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team performance
Build strong partnerships with clients and internal leaders to align strategy, execution, and long‑term goals
Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with Sodexo policies, safety standards, and contractual requirements across all locations
Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and frontline leaders to strengthen capability and engagement
Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and enhanced guest experience across the district

Proven success leading multi‑unit foodservice or hospitality operations in a complex, high‑expectation environment
Strong client‑relationship skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
A track record of building, developing, and inspiring high‑performing teams
Strategic thinking paired with hands‑on operational problem‑solving and financial acumen
Deep knowledge of industry trends, guest‑experience drivers, and innovative foodservice solutions

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 7 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 7 years
