Sodexo’s growing Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking solution-oriented candidates who excel at customer service with a proven success as an experienced District Manager to support Healthcare Technology services for the Cleveland, OH area.

This position provides leadership and oversight of the assigned Healthcare Technology Mangement (HTM) Division operations within the Cleveland Ohio Health System. This individual will functionalize program strategy and account operational tactics to ensure fiscal performance, quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Through ensuring the mission, vision, values, and goals of Sodexo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) services for this system. This position interacts with multiple clients therefore we are seeking candidates that exhibit exceptional client relationship skills with internal and external customer relations expertise.
The District Manager is a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs. Has direct accountability for operational excellence - achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.
Knowledge of the HTM industry, regulations and compliance is required.
HTM District Manger responsibilities include:
- Oversight of clinical engineering service program to ensure medical device technologies are available
- Technology Assessment and Replacement Planning
- Project Management
- Functionalize the Medical Device IT/Security Management Program
- Provide Technical Consulting Services to optimize the utilization and functionality
- Client/Customer Relations
- Purchased Services and Vendor Management
- Financial Management and Total Cost of Ownership Optimization
- Hiring, training of HTM professionals
- Growing Program through Organic sales
