We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Enablement Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and will assist in providing cross-functional marketing and tradeshow/event planning support to the Entegra sales team. The purpose of this team is to accelerate the customer buying journey by focusing on professional associations and events, sales proposal support and sales/marketing tools.

This is a remote opportunity; candidates can reside anywhere within the United States.

20-30% Travel

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Drive lead generation and marketing activation within tradeshows and events with on-site attendance and digital engagement
  • Develop and execute events, tradeshows and other experiential activations that supports the marketing and sales strategic plans.
  • Assist in handling event on site design, show logistics, internal communications, and post-event measurement/follow-up.
  • Provide project management support, marketing and creative design for sales proposals, RFPs/RFI, and presentations.
  • Track best practices and performance metrics around proposal.
  • Lead and manage sales and marketing tools to improve sales effectiveness and marketing operations: Digital Asset Manager, Show pad, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Intent Data, Easy Generator, SharePoint, Marketing Automation/ CRM (Salesforce) and event management technology.
  • Track other sales and marketing operations resources in support of lead generation, sales/marketing effectiveness and performance metrics with the goal of continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing plans to drive new business and client engagement.
  • Assist in sales and marketing projects as needed to support brand awareness and business development.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing and/or inside sales with strong knowledge of marketing tactics including digital marketing and live and/or virtual events, paid media, social media and others
  • Experience working with professional associations, event planning and tradeshow management
  • Strong working knowledge of sales and marketing tools such as marketing automation (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), internal systems and ways of working.
  • Strong digital marketing experience with an understanding of lead generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated strong project management, managerial sales, and administration skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a comfort level speaking to or presenting to small groups
  • Experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign) is a plus

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree

Basic Management Experience: 5 years sales management or marketing management experience.

Basic Functional Experience: 3+ years marketing communications, inside sales, sales training, sales support, event planning, sales operations and marketing experience and expertise.
