Entegra is seeking a Select Market Sales Manager. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing distributor partners.
This is a Remote Role based with candidate residing in
Northern CA, Oregon or Washington
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Develop business plan to ensure targets are meeting or exceeding year over year growth of select and choice business within your assigned market.
- Enhance existing distributor partnerships by collaborating on new account onboarding and existing client business reviews
- Gatekeeper and SME when it comes to distributor data
- Be the primary Entegra contact for broadline distributors in your market
- Navigating competing distributor relationships, approval, and sourcing processes
- Generate potential lead referrals from distributor interactions for Entegra Enterprise and SMB direct sales teams
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years sales experience with or for distributors in the food industry
- Knowledge of GPO industry
- Understanding of basic financial statements and contracts a plus
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Broadline distributor experience preferred

What We Offer

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
Participate in quarterly and annual territory sales planning. Develops and manages a vibrant pipeline of potential clients through to contract signature and program implementation. Actively support the growth of Entegra’s identified segments by including targeted sites in the sales planning process and actively pursuing those targets. Works in conjunction with Sales Executive – Local & Direct to drive new sales, onboarding and alignment of L&D vendor programs. Educate new and existing clients of L&D program attributes and works with Sales Executive – L&D to execute vendor programs. Track all activity in the Entegra CEM program per established time requirements and guidelines. Develop, manage and maintain all aspects of client relationships, including expansion of the Web of Influence and developing operational strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
