Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for Beckley Hospital. This is a 173 bed facility in Beckley, WV managing a team of 25 on Second Shift (2:30pm-Midnight), Monday-Friday with some weekends and holidays. We are seeking a custodial manager to assist with all environmental services responsibilities. Should be flexible to cover other shifts as business needs arise. The successful EVS manager will supervise the custodial/housekeeping operation in this high traffic hospital. Overall, will manage, train, lead compliance, tele tracking and our other Sodexo programs. Must be results driven and understand employee engagement. The ability to work independently will be paramount for this position.

The successful candidate will:

  • be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
