What You'll Do
Own and resolve sanitation and operational issues independently, ensuring full compliance with Sodexo standards
Lead day-to-day custodial operations across a very large district, delivering a safe, clean environment for students, staff, and visitors
Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and supply ordering while utilizing systems such as CMMS and Microsoft Excel
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, including safety protocols and proper use of cleaning equipment and tools
Maintain full accountability for county-wide operations, driving quality service and fostering a strong, collaborative team culture
Provide leadership coverage when the Director is absent and support special projects, including occasional weekend oversight and team support

What You Bring
Experience driving customer service satisfaction with C-Suite level Clients
5 or more years of previous custodial - environmental services management experience
Excellent time management, strong communication skills, hands-on and able to manage adversity and various personality types, be innovative and solution-oriented
Strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance while providing employee reviews and feedback
Strong working knowledge of cleaning standards, cleaning chemicals, floor care, high-touch cleaning
Knowledge of the district geography and building locations including planning travel navigation with the account's 1,000-mile radius in both peak and non-peak traffic
