Sodexo is seeking an EVS Operations Manager to support our healthcare business in Kentucky. This role has regional responsibility of our 14 offsite locations managing a team of 14 for Day Shift (8:00am start time), primarily Monday-Friday. Some weekends and holidays if business needs dictate. Please note: this individual will need to travel between the site locations so a valid license is required and an acceptable driver’s license record check is required. This will allow them to supervise operations at multiple sites and provide EVS support as needed. This role will be responsible for the development and attainment of necessary projects and lead the team in engagement.

What You Bring
  • have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery;
  • have customer service and/or guest satisfaction skills in a health care or hospitality setting
  • possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive programs and initiatives;
  • 3-5 years of custodial experience;
  • monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
  • are results and safety driven.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
