Are you an administrative professional who has experience supporting executives?

Sodexo has an exciting opening for an Executive Assistant who will support our CEO.

This position will work a hybrid work schedule reporting to our office in Irvine, CA.

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for leading, prioritizing, and executing administrative processes

The successful candidate will:

  • Perform varied and diverse secretarial and administrative support functions for the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, screen telephone calls and visitors.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Require comprehensive skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
  • Regularly exercise independent judgment and discretion in policy interpretation and setting work priorities.
  • Use discretion, judgment, tact and poise.
  • Supervise or provide work direction to lower level administrative staff.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting C-Level suite
  • Ability to think ahead, anticipate to prioritize and plan activities
  • Proactive skills to manage deliverables
  • Resilience - strong ability to work with ambiguity and changing set of circumstances and issues
  • Ability to quickly assimilate complex information and take independent action where necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually and with others
  • Strong time management skills and ability to effectively resolve problems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & Power-Point and Smart Sheet

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience providing administrative support functions to executive or C-Level staff, or a related position
