What You'll Do

  • Strategic Operations: Direct all purchasing, inventory management, and menu compliance while utilizing food cost analysis and production forecasting to maximize profitability.

  • Quality Assurance: Execute Sodexo Culinary standards with precision, ensuring 100% recipe integrity and superior food quality across all service points.

  • Leadership & Innovation: Cultivate a high-performing team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and championing the adoption of culinary innovations.

  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous oversight of food safety, sanitation protocols, and workplace safety standards to ensure a risk-free environment.

  • Systems Expertise: Leverage advanced automated inventory and production management systems to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
