Role Overview
The Good Eating Company is seeking a creative, open‑minded Executive Chef to join our culinary team supporting a dynamic client in Fort Collins, Colorado.
This is a hands‑on, craft‑driven culinary leadership role with a direct impact on the continued growth of our business dining program. What You'll Do
Lead daily culinary operations, ensuring every dish reflects exceptional craft, flavor, and presentation
Support menu development with fresh, seasonal, local, and globally inspired offerings
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
Mentor and develop culinary team members, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Partner with the Executive Chef and hospitality leaders to deliver a seamless, guest‑focused experience
Contribute to recipe development, tastings, and innovation sessions that elevate the program

What You Bring
Strong foundational skills across all areas of professional cookery, including sauces, butchery, garde manger, pastry, and global cuisines
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop culinary teams
Deep knowledge of contemporary food trends, techniques, and ingredients
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment
Commitment to sustainability, seasonality, and responsible sourcing

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
