Executive Chef 2
Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for our Campus account in Brownwood, TX. This chef will have direct supervision of the kitchen staff, and will be responsible for ordering, inventory, safety, writing catering menus, pre- and post- production numbers. The Chef should also be able to bring variety to the menu for the students dining options.

Student athletes at HPU compete in five men’s and five women’s sports through the American Southwest Conference.
Sodexo at HPU currently has 400+ students on meal plans and serves meals in the cafeteria seven days a week, as well as operating Fambrough's - a small coffee and eatery in the student center.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
