This is an excellent opportunity for a culinarian to provide excellent food service to our residents at Standifer, a 420 resident skilled care and assisted living community. Candidates should be highly motivated and enjoy client and resident interaction.

• oversee the daily kitchen operations including menu planning and food ordering;
• ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;
• be hands on and have the ability and willingness to develop and train employees; and
• has knowledge of Food Management Systems/Software is preferred.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
