Sodexo is seeking a temporary Executive Chef 2 to support food and nutrition services at Adventist Health Rideout – Fountains, a healthcare-focused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality patient and resident dining experiences. This is a hands-on culinary leadership position focused on execution, quality, and regulatory excellence.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations, including patient dining, retail, and catering (as applicable)
- Lead, train, and develop culinary staff to maintain high performance standards
- Drive menu execution, food quality, and presentation consistency
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient dietary needs
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
