Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Chef 3, Chicago, IL to help to build on our success for our 7-days-a-week account, there will be a varied schedules with with some nights and weekends and appropriate time off. Our Chef will manage all culinary programs for our resident dining at the the account. Must have large volume experience with managing multiple venues simultaneously.. Ability to manage budgets, culinary financial acumen and expertise with a flare for culinary innovation and creativity will contribute to success in the role.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
- Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
