Sodexo is seeking a Executive Chef 4 for MarinHealth Medical Center located in Greenbrae, CA. MarinHealth includes three major entities – a hospital, foundation, and network of expert clinicians – and our combined offering provides North Bay residents with a wide spectrum of high quality services from health and wellness education to diagnosis to advanced treatment and beyond for injuries and illness of all kinds.

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
  • monitor, audit, implement and standardize new menus;
  • work with vendors on procurement items; be responsible for purchasing manager and purchasing financial audits;
  • have daily interaction with patients, their families and clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction.

  • have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
  • can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • are enthusiastic and confident;
  • ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team. I
