Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 4 to join our team at one of our high-end Corporate Dining account Delta Headquarters in Atlanta GA! The current food landscape consists of 2 Cafes that serve Breakfast and Lunch, Fully Licensed Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A and Catering Operations. The Executive Chef 4 will oversee the culinary direction for busines with a focus on high end catering. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning, ordering, inventory, training and leading and development of the culinary staff.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for a Chef who:

  • Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
  • Are strong hands on with all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses, salads, and sauce work
  • Have a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine
  • Recognizing and reacting to contemporary trends
  • Use of correct food terminology and cooking methods
  • Constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole
  • Play a key role and enthusiastically mentor’s culinary personnel

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
