We are seeking an experienced, dynamic culinary leader to oversee our café operations. You will have full responsibility for the culinary program, team leadership, and the overall guest experience — ensuring every plate, every interaction, and every moment reflects our commitment to excellence.
About the Role
The Executive Chef oversees all aspects of the café, including menu creation, culinary execution, team supervision, and guest satisfaction. You’ll champion fresh, seasonal, scratch‑made food and bring a creative, modern approach to workplace dining. Your leadership will set the tone for quality, hospitality, and innovation.
What You'll Do
Lead all culinary operations for the café, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and guest experience
Create innovative, seasonal menus that reflect current trends, global flavors, and farm‑to‑fork principles
Produce beautiful, flavorful dishes that “tell a story” and showcase strong craft skills across all areas of cookery
Maintain high standards of consistency, organization, and attention to detail while inspiring a positive, can‑do team culture
Source and utilize fresh, natural, sustainable ingredients from trusted partners to elevate the dining experience
Bring creativity, humor, and professionalism to the kitchen, fostering a fun, collaborative, high‑performing culinary team

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
