Role Overview
What You'll Do
- Lead Culinary Operations: Oversee all food production for patient services, retail dining, and catering, ensuring high standards of safety, sanitation, and quality.
- Inspire & Develop Teams: Manage a diverse culinary team through coaching, training, and performance development to maintain a culture of excellence.
- Drive Innovation: Create seasonal menus, introduce new food concepts, and optimize culinary processes to elevate customer and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure Compliance & Safety: Maintain Sodexo and client standards, including HACCP, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives.

What You Bring
- Leadership Excellence: Proven success leading large, complex culinary operations—preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or high‑volume environments.
- Culinary Expertise: Strong foundation in scratch cooking, menu engineering, recipe development, and culinary presentation.
- Operational Strength: Ability to manage budgets, food cost controls, production planning, and staffing needs with strategic, data‑driven decisions.
- Customer‑Focused Mindset: Commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience with compassion, professionalism, and collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
