Role Overview
What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of food and nutrition services, including patient meal operations, tray line efficiency, retail or café services (if applicable), and overall service excellence
- Drive patient satisfaction and clinical collaboration through consistent quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with California Title 22, TJC standards, and all applicable state and local health regulations
- Develop, coach, and hold staff accountable while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence

What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in hospital or healthcare food service operations, ideally within an acute or behavioral health setting
- Hands-on, operationally focused leadership style with the ability to manage complexity and drive results
- Strong knowledge of California healthcare food service regulations, including Title 22, TJC, and health code requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operational performance, and partner effectively with hospital stakeholders
- Candidates must be a Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian or Meet one of the other California requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
