  • Contribute to strategic planning to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.

  • Foster a positive, team-centered work environment.

  • Ensure all Sodexo policies, standards, and safety expectations are consistently met.

What We Offer

Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include:

  • Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house food operations.

  • Background in catering coordination and execution.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

  • A passion for service excellence and elevating the guest experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Commitment to upholding Sodexo standards and values.
