Creating solutions for everything from dining and nutrition to facilities maintenance and rehabilitative services, Sodexo partners with government agencies and military organizations to improve people’s quality of life and make a positive impact.

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager for the United States Marine Corps Dining Facility 2080 located in Parris Island, SC, MCAS Beaufort Airtsation Mess Hall. This unit feeds Marines and Visiting Guests Four meals every day 365 days a week. This unit is comprised of a subpartner managerment team and variety of sub partner employees as front of the house employees and a great team of Sodexo back of the house employees.

  • Menu planning & forecasting processes, and understanding of safe food handling practices, qualities, and standards (e.g. HACCP forms, temperature logs, safety audits, inventory management, etc.)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Excel Worksheet usage and design.
  • Strong office organizational skills

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
