You’ll lead daily operations across a variety of food and hospitality platforms, including:
- A vibrant Food hall serving employees and guests
- Catering services—from everyday meetings to high‑touch executive events
- Pantry programs across multiple office spaces

What You’ll Do
As the Food Operations Manager, you will:
- Deliver a warm, concierge‑level hospitality experience to clients and guests
- Oversee front‑of‑house operations to ensure an inviting, seamless service environment
- Manage the everyday app our mobile ordering system programming and digital signage for promotions and guest communication
- Partner closely with the client to plan and execute high‑quality catering events
- Lead, coach, and support on‑site staff to maintain operational excellence
- Handle pantry ordering and collaborate with the Executive Chef on café purchasing
- Support ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the overall service experience

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
