Sodexo is seeking a Regional Food Operations Manager 3 to support the Parkview Health System in Indiana and Ohio. Parkview Health is a not-for-profit, community-based health system serving a northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio population of more than 1.3 million. The Food Operations Manager 3 will lead projects and initiatives throughout the system to ensure our teams to deliver high-quality service and delicious meals. This role requires regional, with one home-office day per week.

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of project development and implementation
  • ensure consistent process implementation across the Parkview system
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
  • strive to achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop exceptional client and customer relationships
  • ensure regulatory and standards compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
