Role Overview
What You'll Do
- Manage food production through kitchen staff while overseeing inventory management and procurement of food and supplies
- Utilize Sodexo resources, recipes, systems, and programs to direct daily operations including production, deliveries, invoices, and procurement
- Ensure employees have the equipment, supplies, and resources needed to meet goals, cost controls, and deadlines
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing food and physical safety standards and ensuring compliance with Sodexo and regulatory requirements
- Control costs related to labor, inventory, equipment, and materials while making adjustments to meet budget expectations
- Supervise employees by delegating and prioritizing tasks and monitoring operating standards

- Strong background in inventory management, procurement, and supply control
- Knowledge of food safety, physical safety, and regulatory compliance standards
