Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive-Food & Nutrition Services for Yale New Haven Health located in New Haven, CT.

The Client Executive-Food & Nutrition Services will manage all food service operations at Yale New Haven’s York Street Campus (1,000 patient bed service program with 6 retail locations) and indirect oversight of St Raphaels Campus (510 patient beds, 2 retail locations with bedside dining). Reporting to the Client Executive II, this position is responsible for operational excellence, multi-site contract management, KPI attainment, client and Sodexo budget creation and adherence, c-suite relationships at the local hospital and health system level, and overall coordination and delivery of Sodexo's programs and high standards for this prestigious client organization.

Must Have:

  • 5+ yrs. healthcare food service experience
  • 5+ yrs. direct report management experience

  • can develop exceptional client relations and ensure the facility’s product offerings/solutions align with client needs;
  • drive solutions that optimize the current business portfolio;
  • develop and execute a strategy to accelerate business growth throughout the region;
  • play a key role and enthusiastically supports the succession planning and development of key personnel within area of responsibility;
  • can ensure the organization’s brand reputation;
  • and/or lead and motivate the management team, inspiring strategic direction;
  • cultivate relationships with clients and other teams within Sodexo;
  • ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments;
  • sustain client satisfaction and retention;
  • and maintain strong employee relations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience: 5 years
