Food Service Manager 2
Sodexo seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for a Corporate Services Account., Sanofi, located in Bridgewater, NJ. This individual reports directly into an Executive Chef and will directly supervise 8-10Sodexo employees. We are seeking candidates with supervisory experience managing employees, catering experience, and a concentration in culinary and technology. This individual will oversee daily operations of the main cafe and some occasional catering.
- Working knowledge of HACCP protocols for regulatory compliance preferred
- Food production, catering, and retail management experience
- Hands on skills with inventory management, on-line ordering
- Ability to train & develop employees
- Experience creating and developing menus with pricing
- Sodexo Culinary Standards; recipe compliance and food quality
- Labor and food cost controls and compliance
