Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for McLean Hospital located in Belmont, MA. In this role, you will oversee a team of approximately 12 staff members. While the shift is mostly daytime hours Monday - Friday, approximately 9a-5p, this role will require someone who has the ability to work every 3rd weekend, and flex as needed.

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of day-to-day operations through supevisors and frontline staff
  • be hands-on providing support on patient side as needed, including but not limited to meal rounding, floor checks and in-service
  • oversee meal writing and organization of paper menu process
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Basic Management Experience - 1 year
