Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for North Carolina A&T State University located in Greensboro, NC. This Food Service Manager 2 will help oversee the largest dining hall on the campus. Servicing up to 3,000+ meals per day, the ideal candidate will have strong customer service and team building skills with experience in high volume operations and culinary knowledge. This manager will ultimately be one of the faces striving to continue the excellent service offered at the Williams Dining Hall.

North Carolina A&T State University is the largest HBCU in the nation. With an enrollment of just over 12,000 student North Carolina A&T State University continues to grow, both academically and from a food-service perspective. Sodexo-Aggie Dining manages all National, proprietary and in-house brands and dining concepts with 2 main dining facilities as well as a full service catering department. The Retail Brand Manager will have oversight of two National retail brands as well as a an in-house dining concept. This role will be highly involved in brand training and standards, customer service, team development and engagement, marketing, and a strong focus on team retention and satisfaction. The successful candidate will:

• lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes; and/or
• train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.
