The Food Service Manager 2 position is located at Hazelwood Residential Facility in Louisville, KY. This leader will be responsible for a dynamic group of employees supporting residential services.

The successful candidate will:

  • evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Resident Services Program targeted to exceed Resident and customer satisfaction;
  • oversee Sodexo’s Resident Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery;
  • collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident experience;
  • perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy;
  • perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.
  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Basic Management Experience - 1 year
