Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager for Dining Services at Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. This key leadership position is directly responsible for the successful operation of the Dining Services. The Food Service Manager provides leadership and supervision for the on-site food service staff. They also provide supervision for food services and ensure that business practices are upheld and in line with Sodexo's company mission, values and commitments.

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary;
  • Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members;
  • control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;
  • ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved.
  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • deliver high quality food service;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • develop strategic plans;
  • create a positive environment; and/or
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met.
