Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for the prestigious Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University account, located in Daytona Beach, FL. This is a high-profile and fast-paced college campus environment. In this role, you will assist in assisting managing both the front of house and back of house operations for the All You Can Eat residential dining hall on campus. Culinary knowledge is needed within this role, and you should demonstrate a high level of knowledge in food safety protocol, quality standards and customer service skills, as this role covers the 11 station operations. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do

  • have oversight of day-to-day operations of the residential dining hall;
  • deliver high quality food service;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships with the students;
  • create a positive environment for the residential dining team; and
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met.
