Sodexo Campus is seeking a Food Service Manager, Resident Dining for the Colleges of Fenway in Boston, MA. Thrive under strong nurturing leadership, and grow your career.

The Food Service Manager will manage all front-of-the-house (FOH) operations to ensure quality, freshness of food and great customer service for all students, faculty, staff, and union.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead with strong customer service
  • Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • Deliver high quality food service;
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • Create a positive environment; and/or ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Basic Management Experience - 1 year
